Tania is the most welcoming host. She is friendly, helpful, always there to give advice and responsive. She made us feel at home. The villa was spacious, super clean and perfectly equipped. Location was stunning. We wouldn’t change anything.

This property is STUNNING. Immaculate home on the edge of the Aegean Sea. Sunrise visible every morning from the master bedroom and guest house beds. The site is windy but Charming with goats scaling the hillside nearby and the constant sound of the sea crashing into the rocks below. Beautiful huge outdoor space. Plenty to explore on the island but also just paradise staying at the home. The host Tania is so warm and welcoming and meeting her feels like reuniting with a long lost friend. She prepared a wonderful welcome meal and had the refrigerator and pantry stocked so we could just relax our first night and day without having to go out for anything. The entire experience was such a treat!

Tania’s house is the most amazing place. Somehow the photos don’t do it justice even though they do reflect the reality but sometimes you have to see things yourself rather than through a lens.
The house has incredible views and direct water access to the sea.
The house is really well equipped – it has everything you could possibly want from all kitchen utensils and equipment, masks and fins, kids toys, adult toys, ping pong table, bbq etc. The pool is absolutely lovely too – it’s salt water which is wonderful, it’s deep so no fear when diving in or jumping in.
And to top it all off, Tania was so welcoming – sharing all her island tips and putting on a lovely welcoming spread for us and putting some beer and wine in the fridge for us!
We were a group of friends with the youngest being 6 and the oldest in her 80s and we all had an amazing time Thank you so much! We will definitely come back.

What can we say about our stay in this beautiful property other than that it was simply stunning. I would dare say this house and its location right on a small bluff on the Aegean is probably unrivaled on the entire island in terms of privacy, luxury and great hosts.
We visited with 4 adults and 3 kids and the property easily accommodated all of us. We were greeted by Tania, our host, with a 5-star Brunch and a comprehensive tour of the house, the amenities and information on all the sights and local haunts to visit during our stay. Simply put, upon arrival, we couldn’t have been better welcomed or educated on our surroundings. What we found to be the houses strongest feature is actually the outdoor kitchen and lounge area. Whether its to lie down and take in the breathtaking views of the Aegean and surrounding islands, or to jump in the infinity pool and have a swim, or to have an evening BBQ and outdoor family dinner, this is the place to do it. We also took advantage of the ocean directly beneath the house which is accessibly via a rock staircase and offers an easy and 100% private area to swim, snorkel or just explore around. There are also several very small and secluded public.

Perfect place to disconnect and recharge, great with kids
Wonderful, very well kept place with fantastic sea views. The kids loved swimming in the pool and the sea, and playing on the large terrace. The great hospitality by the owners made us feel at home immediately.

Definitely go again!
We had the most amazing holiday in this wonderfully equipped villa. The views and location, proximity to shops (5 minutes drive) were perfect. Above all, our host, Tanya, did above and beyond in making us feel welcome, with a light dinner and treats ready upon our arrival. Her advise re beaches and places to visit as well as recommended restaurants were perfect. If we could have, we would have extended our stay!
