WELCOME TO VILLA KYTHNOS

Overlooking the Aegean sea and set on a natural amphitheatrical landscape, VILLA KYTHNOS is a spectacular six-bedroom seaside villa at the unspoilt Cycladic island of Kythnos, within only a few steps from the sea.

The property is built on one acre of land and faces Northeast, towards Syros and Serifos islands. It is placed at the end of a private country road, at a secluded and tranquil location. It is an ideal holiday destination for those who seek a simpler, more relaxed and carefree vacation. From the moment you set foot on the house, the vibrant colors of nature, the architectural simplicity of the Villa, and the infinite view of the sea, makes you feel in harmony; this is where luxury lies. Peace and quiet, privacy and harmony – this is VILLA KYTHNOS.

The villa has recently been renovated (April 2022) and its indoor spaces include the main house (260sq.m.) , and the guesthouse (60 sq.m)designed in an elegant style for the utmost comfort of its occupants. The main house is composed of two floors both of which have separate outdoor access.

The ground floor is on the same level as the swimming pool. This floor has a very comfortable living room with two large built-in sofas, a large and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a dining room; all very functional and beautifully decorated. On the ground floor, there is also a single-bed bedroom with its own bathroom.

On the first floor, there are three bright and spacious bedrooms:

the master bedroom; including a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony with a splendid sea view;

the second bedroom; including a queen-size bed and a sea-view balcony;

the third bedroom; including a king-size bed that separates into two single beds (upon request).

The second and the third bedroom share the same bathroom with a shower.

Below the swimming pool level, there is a guesthouse (60sq.m.). It has two bedrooms – one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds – that share a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The guesthouse level is independent and accessible through an outdoor staircase from the courtyard.

Outside, there is plenty of space for lounging by the private, infinity seawater pool (4.5x11m). The exterior area is designed in such a way that someone can enjoy every minute of the day, depending on the sun position or the wind direction. At the courtyard, you’ll find a BBQ next to a shaded dining area, for eating outdoors with your friends or family. The exterior lighting makes Villa Kythnos look magnificent at night, while you are enjoying your wine and listening to the music under the stars or the full moon. A lovely, little chapel bathed in a gentle light completes this spectacular scenery.
